About Me
California native who loves to read and who is coaxing her inner writer to come out of her cozy hiding place to share stories that coax readers into their cozy reading places.
Proud card-carrying member of the Wine Lovers Book Club, in which we read a variety of books selected by the rotating host but mostly fiction, women’s literature, mysteries/suspense, “book club” books, books that are 400 pages or less, and books without graphic lovemaking scenes. There is food. There is wine. There is always stimulating discussion.
Former member of the now-retired Cream of the Crop Book Club, in which we read young adult (YA) books, many the first in a series, giving rise to our book club name. Although we bid a fond farewell to the CCBC, YA is still one of my favorite genres, and one that I am currently writing in.
