Starting a new #dayjob has really put a cramp on my book blogging.
But not my book buying.
As a committed library patron during my magical sabbatical year of taking the leap into the writing life, my book budget required purchases that were, let’s just say, {discerning}. But upon seeing the poster incentive for pre-ordering Children of Blood and Bone…I just couldn’t help myself.

This is going to look great in my office alongside my poster for The Language of Thorns (shout out to the #homeofficefairies: would you get to work on it already??)
Not to mention that the book itself is sure to be no slouch, with starred reviews by Kirkus, Publishers Weekly, and Booklist, a protagonist that is the very definition of fierce, and a 7-figure book and movie deal for twenty-three year old debut author Tomi Adeyemi.
